Incoming 4K students had the opportunity to join our Summer School program and begin learning the rules and routines of Turtle Lake School District! The past three weeks were full of fun, new friends, and lots of memories! 💛❤️

Students in Ms. Levine's Nature Nuts class created one-of-a-kind pebble art. 🪨🖼️
After a beautiful hike in search of pebbles, students returned and created their own scenes, ranging from campfires, butterflies, and frogs to a self-portrait and a fisherman. 🏕️🦋🎣

Our students took their knowledge of creating beaded animals to the next level. 🤩🦎
During Summer School, our Lakers learned how to create 3D beaded animals with wire and pony beads. At first, the outcome is always unknown. There was a lot of concentration and determination, but by the end, a creature was formed! 👏

WFSCA stands for the Wisconsin Fastpitch Softball Coaches Association, and each year it recognizes athletes by naming them to its All-District Teams. Ella, who played for the Turtle Lake/Clayton Titans this year, earned All-District Honorable Mention honors, and we could not be more proud of her!

This year, we participated in the Days of Service, where we packed meals with Heartland Food to help those in need. We toured the University of Wisconsin–Madison Dairy Learning Center and the Wisconsin State Capitol. We played golf at PinSeekers and listened to Temple Grandin speak. So many fun adventures and memories were made in Madison! 👏
This group of students and chaperone Emily made the trip unforgettable. We are so proud of these Laker students for all of their hard work and for making a difference in agriculture across the state! 💛🐢❤️

Students made strawberry, blueberry, and chocolate chip pancakes, and their favorite part was definitely eating them! 😋 Our students also took part in a brownie showdown. Each group was assigned a different type of brownie mix to prepare. Then, everyone sampled the brownies and voted for their favorite flavor. The winner was... Triple Chocolate Chunk! 🍫👏
